Susan has over a decade of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors as a customer, implementation consultant, solutions consultant and leader. In her current role as Head of Strategy, Susan works with the SAP SuccessFactors leadership team to define and deliver on the go to market strategy.  She works closely with marketing, sales, support and implementation teams at SAP to deliver successful customer outcomes. 

Susan is a passionate and collaborative leader with particular interests in diversity and sustainability in the workplace.  She is a certified professional coach with a focus on mindfulness and professional development.
